I showed 20 minutes before closing Katie store manager refused to cut my hair. Horrible customer service skill level. I’ll never go to this location ever again.

Walked in no wait sign in window was on. 2 people waiting. I signed in wait 20 min. I guess the 2nd person didn’t sign in. There were 2 openings and I told them he was before me even though he didn’t sign in and it was the right thing to do. So then I have to wait another 25 min. I not going to wait an hour when originally it said no wait. Is it so hard for the stylist to turn their head to see if when someone walks in to make sure they sign in. Time I will never get back.
